Proforma invoice/ Contract Acceptance: After issuing The Proforma Invoice / Contract should be accepted within 24 hours.
Payment: Advance Payment for jute yarn not less than 30% and the rest 70% to be paid after containerization in the port. Advance payment to be made within 3 banking days after signing the Proforma Invoice / Contract. For other goods, payment should be made 100% in advance, via SWIFT/International Wire Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer/ Transferable LC. Payment for other goods to be made within 3 banking days after signing the Proforma Invoice / Contract
Production Lead Time: Typically, as per the production schedule.
Shipment: The shipment will start after receiving the advance payment.
Partial Shipment: Partial shipments are acceptable.
Tolerance: A normal tolerance of +/-3% in quantity and weight is acceptable.
Survey/Inspection of ready goods: A local reputed surveyor will be provided by the seller. If buyer nominates like SGS/INTERTEK/BUREAU VERITAS or any international inspection company then the inspection bill should be paid by the buyer.
Insurance of Goods: To be provided by the seller.
Charges: For all charges outside Bangladesh are the responsibility of the buyer.
